How do I get the Collector's Discount?

Do you ship internationally?

International Shipping is possible on original paintings. Please CONTACT ME for details.

International shipping is available on most prints and merchandise.

How long will it take for my painting to arrive?

It depends on your location, but typically within 2-14 business days. I will send a tracking code once the painting is packed and ready to ship. 

I would like to avoid shipping costs and I am willing to travel for pick up.

Please contact me for details on how to avoid shipping costs and arrange a time to pick up your original painting(s).

What is your shipping policy for prints and other mercdhandise?

All of my prints and other merchandise is created on demand at a different location from my studio. The manufacturer is responsible for shipping costs of prints of my artwork and in most cases they will pass that shipping cost on to you. They will pack and ship your item directly to you after you make your order from my website. 

I am concerned about the color. How do I know that the color I see on my screen is the same color I will see in the painting in person?

There will always be a difference between how art looks on different screens. If you have any concerns about color accuracy, please contact me and I will answer all of your questions.

These paintings appear to have texture, are they 3-D?

It is true, each painting is created with thick texture paste and Golden Acrylic paints. Heather incorporates paint within the texture as well as paints onto the texture once it is dry. The texture is very durable.

Do I need to worry about keeping this painting in a sunny room?

All of Heather’s paintings are created with top of the line archival paints and varnished with two coats of UV protectant varnish. 

Can I put this art in my bathroom or kitchen?

Yes, but be cautious of hanging it in a place where water will directly hit or collect on the painting. If water drips on the walls of that room, due to shower steam or cooking steam, then it is probably not a good choice for Heather’s paintings.

Since these paintings are on wood, does that mean that they are heavy?

These paintings are heavier than most paintings on canvas, but they are very lightweight. Heather can lift every painting herself. The paintings range from 5-30 lbs.

Can these paintings be framed? 

Yes. Heather's paintings are created on 2” deep cradled board.Your framer can offer suggestions for you on how to have them framed. If you have me create a custom painting for you, I can create a piece on an un-cradled board, if requested. The price of there art will be the same, cradled or un-cradled.

I am an interior or corporate designer, do you offer a discount?

Yes, but you are required to provide proof of your legitimate business.

What is the difference between an art print and an original painting

An original painting is created by hand by the artist. It is original and one of a kind. My paintings have texture you can see and feel.

An art print is a scanned or photographed image of an original painting that is then printed onto a surface like canvas, paper, metal etc.
