Q: Covid-19 Policy
A: As of April 1, production and delivery is still operational from my print partners as well as for me with my original paintings. We are closely following CDC safety guidelines and are operating with minimal staff. Your order may take a little longer than usual. Once it arrives, please practice smart handling just like you would with any delivery these days. I hope your new artwork brings joy to your home!
Q: What is your Shipping policy for original art?
A: All original paintings are carefully packed with love by Heather and sometimes by the staff at FedEx. Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 3-7 business days of being ordered. Sometimes your package will require a signature. If you are unavailable for the signature for three days and FedEx has to return the package back to me, you will be refunded for your purchase or charged for shipping for a second attempt at delivery. All packages are insured, if the painting arrives to your home damaged, then I will file an insurance claim and we will discuss a refund or repair of the damaged artwork. Please send pictures of the damaged packaging and product.
Q. Do you ship original art internationally?
A: International Shipping is possible on original paintings. Please contact me for details.

Q: How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
A: It depends on your location, but typically within 2-14 business days. I will send a tracking code once the painting is packed and ready to ship.
Q: I would like to avoid shipping costs and I am willing to travel for pick up.
A: Please contact me for details on how to avoid shipping costs and arrange a time to pick up your original painting(s).
Q: What is your shipping policy for prints?
A: Graphik Dimensions Prints is responsible for shipping costs of prints of my artwork. They will pack and ship your item directly to you after you make your order from my website.
Q: What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A: For Original Paintings: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the painting description and ask as many questions as you can about a painting before making your purchase. If ultimately you are not happy, I do not want you to keep the painting. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, IF AND ONLY IF the package is shipped back to me, at your expense, within 3 days of delivery to you. There will be no refund if the painting has been in your possession over 3 days after delivery. There will be no refund if the painting is damaged in any way, so use original packaging and pack carefully. A full refund to your credit card will be fulfilled once the painting is returned in the proper time frame and if the painting is in original condition. If you decide you want to exchange a painting with another painting within 3 days of receiving the package, you may return the painting, shipping expenses paid by you, and your exchanged painting will be shipped to you at your expense. This exchange offer is only good one time per transaction. Multiple purchases and returns are discouraged and may result in refund of money and termination of all future transactions.
A: For Prints: If the print arrives damaged please contact me via my contact page ASAP. You will receive a full refund.

Q: Who creates these paintings?
A: Heather Haymart creates each original, one of a kind, painting by hand.
Q: I am concerned about the color. How do I know that the color I see on my screen is the same color I will see in the painting in person?
A: There will always be a difference between how art looks on different screens. If you have any concerns about color accuracy, please contact me and I will answer all of your questions.
Q: These paintings appear to have texture, are they 3-D?
A: It is true, each painting is created with thick texture paste and Golden Acrylic paints. Heather incorporates paint within the texture as well as paints onto the texture once it is dry. The texture is very durable.
Q: Do I need to worry about keeping this painting in a sunny room?
A: All of Heather’s paintings are created with top of the line Golden archival paints and varnished with two coats of UV protectant varnish.
Q: Can I put this art in my bathroom or kitchen?
A: Yes, but be cautious of hanging it in a place where water will directly hit or collect on the painting. If water drips on the walls of that room, due to shower steam or cooking steam, then it is probably not a good choice for Heather’s paintings.
Q: Since these paintings are on wood, does that mean that they are heavy?
A: These paintings are heavier than most paintings on canvas, but they are very manageable. Heather can lift every painting herself. The paintings range from 5-50 lbs.
Q: Can these paintings be framed?
A: Yes. Heather's paintings are created on 2” deep cradled board.
Your framer can offer suggestions for you on how to have them framed.
If you have me create a custom painting for you, I can create a piece on an un-cradled board, if requested. The price of there art will be the same, cradled or un-cradled.
Q: Why am I being charged sales tax in Missouri?
A: If you live in Missouri, I am required by law to charge sales tax because my business is located in Missouri.
Q: Do I need to pay sales tax if I live in another state besides Missouri?
Q: I am an interior or corporate designer, do you offer a discount?
A: Yes, but you are required to provide proof of your legitimate business.
Q: I have bought original paintings from you before, how do I receive the collector’s discount?
A: Contact heather through the contact page.
Q. I love a particular piece, but it is the wrong size or color. Do you create custom paintings?
A. Yes I do, please refer to the Commissioned Art Page for more details.
Q Where can I buy the leafless tree T-Shirts?
A. I have those available on Amazon.
Q. I am interested in your art on pillows and other decorative accessories.
A. Those are available through Fine Art America Be forewarned that there is a limited selection of Heather’s artwork on Fine Art America and if you order from them, they do not let me know who has ordered something, so I cannot send you a thank you note.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. After 5 business days of receipt of the original painting, no refunds or exchanges will be honored.
